If the honest answer is no, it doesn't get built — regardless of how commercially appealing it might otherwise be. Every product we design and build is held to the same question: does this bring people closer to what they're actually seeking, or does it just compete for their time? Commercial success only means something to us if it's in service of that purpose. This isn't a constraint we work around. It's the actual measure of whether something belongs in what we build at all.
